Don't worry you are on a good start. Veoh is a good way to advertise your site, dont give up and have passion.
Leave back link comments on the sexy category of veoh. That also helps a lot.
One great advice for you is to post some of your videos on adult discussion boards. Works a lot specially for a free site. Just don't forget to leave a backlink to your site... you know... something like

something like that.
really works well because before they visit your site they would know that it is totally free.
